WWE Superstar Saves Mom's Life From Her Burning Home: Formerly With The WWE, Chris Masters Uproots Tree And Breaks Into Home, While A Neighbor Was Arrested

Former WWE superstar saved his mother from her Los Angeles home that was on fire Tuesday.

Chris "The Masterpiece" Masters uprooted a tree with his bare hands and used it to break through the window and enter the house, TMZ reported.

Master whose real name is Chris Mordetzky told TMZ that he rushed to his mother's L.A. home yesterday after his uncle called and said a neighbor had gone crazy and barricaded himself insider her house.

"Saved my mom's life! Son of a Bitch barricaded my mom in her apt & set the place on fire. I Broke my mom's window with police help, & pulled her Out," Masters said on his Twitter account.

When Masters showed up, the neighbor was shouting through the front door that he would burn the place down if anyone tried to gain entry.

Masters told TMZ that he tried talking sense into the guy, but he wasn't having it. The former WWE superstar then called the cops, but when they showed up, the neighbor set the house on fire.

That's when Master said he ripped a tree out of the ground and tossing it through a window. He then reached through the window and removed his mom from the burning home at which point police rushed in and arrested the neighbor on arson charges.

Chris Masters was dubbed "The Masterpiece" because of physique. He came into the WWE lean and muscular, and the WWE portrayed him as looking like he was molded like a statue.

Masters was a WWE superstar for five years over two stints, beginning in 2005. The first time he was released was shortly after his second suspension for failing the WWE's Substance Abuse and Drug Policy in 2007.

He came back to the WWE, but didn't have the on camera success he enjoyed during his first run, in which he competed at the WWE's biggest show of the year, Wrestlemania and at times, competed for the WWE Championship.

While Masters reached out to Twitter to thank fans for the support he was receiving, other former WWE superstars thanked him.

WOW! So proud of my 'Brother System' pal @ChrisMasters310 who's truly a hero after saving his Mom from a maniac who set her house on fire!" Matt Hardy said on his Twitter.

Former WWE superstar Lance Storm tweeter at Masters, "Your Hero of the week."
