As we have heard 2NE1 has been working on a US debut album with Black Eyed Peas’ rapper/producer Will.I.Am. It’s been reported that they’ve finished producing 10 tracks in total, however no official words have been released yet.

2NE1 has been receiving the interest of the international music community with their win on MTV Iggy’s ‘Best New Band in the World,’ and included on MTV STYLE’s fashion list ‘Top 12 Girls to Watch in 2012.’

A recent tweet from Will.I.Am on January 7 stated, ‘2NE1 is coming out crazy.’ Star News stated from YG Entertainment, “Late last year, Will.I.Am and CL talked about their US album work right after the performance at the 2011 MAMA. Will.I.Am told her he’s really interested in producing some additional tracks and promised to work more on it.”

Although the exact date of the collaborative album release is unclear, the album may come out sooner than expected.
