Lindsay Lohan is reported to still be drinking, although she has been sentenced this week to 90 days of in a lockdown rehab facility, according to TMZ.

Sources close to the "Liz & Dick" actress say she was at the bar of her hotel in Beverly Hills just hours after her court hearing on Monday, dong shots of vodka.

It seems the troubled star still is convinced that she doesn't have a substance abuse problem after pleading no contest to her probation violations as she continues to drink.

Lohan was reported to be at the San Diego nightclub FLUXX Friday night with a friend according to various witnesses she arrived after midnight and ordered vodka on the rocks all night.

After having trouble with the law, it seems Lohan learned a few tricks as she sat in the VIP section in a Yankees hat and sweatshirt, she specifically requested the vodka to be served from a glass carafe to avoid any alcohol bottles in sight, to avoid being photographed with them.

The source adds Lindsay remains adamant she does not have a substance abuse problem and doesn't feel she needs professional help.

However Lohan aware of such rumors tweeted last Tuesday addressing these rumors.

It seems time will only tells whether the actress is truly focusing on the road ahead to move forward from the past mistakes she made.
