James Franco Is A Naughty Neighbor, Leaves Trash Everywhere

TMZ has reported that James Franco's neighbors have filed complaints about the actor leaving trash all over the place.

Franco's Los Angeles neighbors are saying he takes up multiple parking spaces, is noisy and leaves trash everywhere. TMZ also said that neighbors have filed formal complaints with the Los Angeles Housing Department about James Franco's trash problem.

One of the residents told TMZ that Franco has been setting up a production studio in his home. She says the film crews take up all the traffic and endanger the kids playing on the street because of all the cars constantly coming and going.

The unnamed neighbor says that the film operations cause massive amounts of trash that Franco blows onto her property. She also says the actors private security has been "leering" at her.

TMZ readers went on the website and left their opinions about the James Franco and his trash.

Username IWUVMZ says, "Clean it up man!"

Jordan posts, "Don't the people of California understand Laws. James Franco is a Hollywood Actor, so the Housing Department the Sheriffs department, and the DA office has their hands tied. Just sit Back and deal with it because no one else will."

Another TMZ follower offers a suggestion to help Franco's neighbors cope, "I would wait for him to start one of his "In-House" filmings then I would blast some loud death metal through some loud speakers until the cops show up, called by him of course."

James Franco got his acting start on the TV show Freaks and Geeks. He soared to success in 2002 when he starred opposite Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man. He was well received by critics and fans in the film 127 Hours.

127 Hours told the story of Aron Ralston a mountain climber who becomes trapped under a boulder and is forced to cut off his own arm after 127 hours alone in a canyon.

Most recently Franco starred alongside Mila Kunis in the Disney film, Oz The Great And Powerful.
