Sean Penn son reportedly attacks a photographer verbally by saying, "f**k you" and calling a "f**king n****r" in Beverly Hills, Cali., Tuesday.

As the 19-year-old Hopper Penn followed his father into a medical building, TMZ reported that he rammed into one of the photographers. Hopper said, "Are you f**king kidding me?" The photographer asked the same question to Penn's son.

"Yo, don't play yourself," the photographer said to Hopper. "Don't ever do that to yourself. You're a kid. You're a kid."

Hopper reportedly replied by saying "fuck you" and used a gay slur, calling the photographer a "f**king f****t."

The photographer then question Sean Penn on what he's teaching his son.

As Hopper continued to walk into the building, he threw out the gay slur again as the photographer questioned who taught him to talk like that, TMZ reported. As Hopper rounded the corner he added a racial slur, shouting, "Shut up, you f***ing n*****!"

Police were reportedly happened to be in the area, but when they approached the photographer, he informed them it was just a verbal exchange and no laws were broken.

"I was accosted by paparazzi and made to feel like an animal - threatened and under attack, but that does not condone my own actions," Hopper told TMZ.

He added, "I deeply regret my choice of words."

Sean Penn had outburst caught on film in the past by TMZ, which included a confrontation in 2009 with a photographer. That altercation caused Penn to go three years on probation .
