Hayden Panettiere is reportedly engaged to Wladimir Klitschko, after rekindling their romance just a few weeks ago.

A source told Us Weekly of Panettiere's engagement, "Very few people know, and she isn't wearing her ring publicly yet." The source is allegedly a friend of the duo.

Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko broke up in May 2011 after dating for two years. They reportedly got back together in January, but 23-year-old Hayden Panettiere and 37-year-old Wladimir Klitschko have not yet confirmed their relationship.

The rumor that Panettiere and Klitschko are once again an item is almost certainly true; the couple has been seen multiple times this year showing each other affection.

The "Nashville" star was seen with Klitschko in Dubai on New Year's Eve partying at the "Cirque du Soir" nightclub, where Panettiere stood on a couch for most of the night so Klitschko could hear what she was saying.

Panettiere denied their relationship and said that they were "just good buddies" in mid-January.

But, just this March 24, Panettiere and Klitschko were seen at the Miami Heat game kissing and hugging each other.

It seems that the 5-foot-2 actresses and 6-foot-6 heavyweight boxer are eager to tie the knot. The source said, "Looks like a summer wedding!"

Panettiere previously dated Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia and One Tree Hill star Stephen Colletti, but Panettiere has said that she prefers to date athletes.

She explained to Us, "They're in similar circles, where they understand the schedule, the work ethic, the social aspect, but they're not exactly in your industry, so it works out well."
