J.Lo's Demands Get Her Kicked Out Of IPL Performance In Front Of 60 Million People

J.Lo's demands lost her a gig performing in front of 60 million people.

Jennifer Lopez apparently drives too hard a bargain. J.Lo, the singer of "On The Floor," was taken off the performance roster of a cricket tournament held by India's Premier League. J.Lo allegedly made "outrageous" demands, including a private plane and a plethora of hotel rooms for her entourage.

"She effectively priced herself out of the event," an insider told the NY Post. "It was an idiotic move because the audience for this event is huge. It's like the Super Bowl halftime show: last year it drew 56 million viewers."

Lopez's management claims the singer received "an offer...to perform, [but] the date conflicted with Jennifer's current music-recording schedule for an album date this summer."

This isn't the first time J.Lo has come under fire for ridiculous demands on tours. In 2010, J.Lo performed in an AIDS benefit video and asked for amenities, such as a 45-foot trailer complete with white drapes and couches, white lilies, white tablecloths, and Diptyque candles, which cost about $90 per candle.

In 2001, she allegedly arrived for an interview with BBC with a 90-person entourage and demanded nine dressing rooms for the group.

Officials at the Pepsi IPL, who organized the cricket event, decided to look for a different feature artist for the opening ceremony. It will feature some of Bollywood's biggest stars.

Jennifer Lopez was replaced by Pitbull for the event.
