Adele Weight Jab: Joan Rivers Slams Singer For Her Weight, 'Let's Face Reality, She's Fat' [VIDEO]

Adele weight jab is back once again by Joan Rivers, she told the Grammy-winning artist is a "cubby lady who's very, very rich."

The 79-year-old comedian mocked the singer during February 26 appearance on "Letterman," saying Adele is not "Rolling in the Deep," she's rolling in the fried chicken, among others.

"She was very scared because she was singing at the awards. She kept saying, 'My throat, my throat -- I don't know if I can swallow,'" Rivers said on the talk show. "And I said, 'Oh, yeah! You can swallow."

Rivers continued to blast Adele's weight in an interview March 29 with HuffPost Live, "It's funny, it's not mean! She's a chubby lady who's very, very rich and she should just calm down or lose weight."

Rivers further comments, "She wanted an apology, so I took an ad out on her a**. I said, 'You are not fat.' And then I had room for a lot of other ads."

"Adele is beautiful and successful ... [but] let's face reality, she's fat," Rivers concludes.

"The Fashion Police" host known for making fun of celebrities about their weight back in 1985 interview with Oprah Winfrey, she called her out for gaining 50 pounds. "You shouldn't let that happen to you," she told Winfrey. "You're a pretty girl and you're single. You must lose the weight!"

Christina Aguilera also didn't bypass Rivers, back in 2011 she commented about the singer when she forgot the lyrics to the National Anthem during the SuperBowl game, "She looked like a pig. How stupid can you get?" Rivers asked. "Christina must have been thinking about food. That's why she forgot the words."

Back in February Rivers was condemned by the Anti-Defamation League for her on-air joke about Heidi Klum's low-cut red carpet look.

"The last time a German looked this hot was when they were pushing Jews into the ovens," Rivers said on an episode of "Fashion Police."

The ADL's Abraham Foxman stated the joke "so vulgar and offensive to Jews and Holocaust survivors, and indeed to all Americans, that we cannot believe it made it to the airwaves."
