An amber alert has been issued Wednesday in Hillsborough County of Florida. Two boys, 2-year-old Chase Hakken and his brother, 4-year-old Cole Hakken are believed to be abducted by their own parents.

Hillsborough deputies said in a statement that the two boys were at their grandmother's house on Shady Shores Drive in Tampa, Fla., when their father, Joshua showed up. Deputies said he tied up the grandmother and then took off with the kids. They believe the children's mother, Sharyn, was also involved in the abduction.

Both subjects are considered armed and dangerous, according to authorities. Mr. and Mrs. Hakken are considered anti-government and have attempted a previous abduction at gun point in Louisiana.

The children were last seen in the area of the 14000 block of Shady Shores Dr. in Tampa.

Chase Hakken is 3 feet tall, weighs 33 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.   Cole is 3 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 44 lbs. Both were last seen wearing pajamas.

According to reports, Joshua Hakken has a full reddish colored beard. They may be traveling in a 2006, black GMC Sierra. The Florida license plate number is U95KT.
