Kelly Clarkson cancelled her UK concert tour. According to a report from BBC, the pop singer needs to prioritize her pregnancy after a recent health scare.

The former "American Idol" winner has been ordered by her doctor to take "vocal rest" for the rest of the year. As a result, the upcoming Kelly Clarkson UK concert tour will not push through with its November 12 kick off in Glasgow.

The news came after the cancellation of 10 Kelly Clarkson tour dates in the US, Canada and Ireland.

"I am truly sorry that I have to cancel the remainder of my tour dates," the "Since You've Been Gone" singer said in a statement on her website.

"I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my amazing fans in Canada and the UK. Unfortunately my doctor is telling me I have to stay on vocal rest, but I am working hard to get better as fast as possible."

Prior to the cancellation of Kelly Clarkson's tour, Entertainment Tonight reported about how the singer-songwriter almost lost her voice before.

"I literally had a moment where I cried and drank wine all day," she narrated.

"I was like, 'Oh, God, I'm not going to be a singer any more.' I was bawling to my husband and like, completely hammered, just going, 'Oh my God, it's over, I don't know what I'm going to do. I guess I could do more charity work.'"

"I didn't know what I was going to do," she recalled.

The 33-year-old's leave from work will also allow her to focus on her pregnancy.

According to a report from Radar Online, Kelly Clarkson made news after she unexpectedly announced her pregnancy during her recent LA concert.

The announcement took place during her show at the Los Angeles' Staples Center last month. Right after singing her hit ballad "Piece By Piece," Kelly Clarkson surprised 20,000 attendees by sharing that she is pregnant with her second child.

"I was not planning on announcing this, but I'm totally pregnant," she announced. "Everything is great. I haven't vomited yet, that's a win!"
