The wife of famed boxer Mike Tyson, Lakiha Spicer is suing an unnamed stalker from the Internet for sending her harassing emails and threats. The man or woman Tyson's wife is suing is known only by an IP address, TMZ reports.

TMZ got hold of the court documents filed in Los Angeles County. The documents say that Mike Tyson's wife is suing the unknown Internet stalker for threatening and extorting her family. The court documents say Tyson's wife has suffered "emotional distress" as a result of the stalkers threats.  

According to TMZ the court documents do not list the exact threats Tyson's wife is claiming the stalker made against her and the Tyson family. TMZ also points out that threatening the wife of Mike Tyson, a world heavyweight boxer may not have been the smartest move to make on the part of the criminal.

Mike Tyson has had a career full of notoriety. At the age of 20, Tyson became the youngest ever world heavyweight boxing champion. In 1997 he was facing Evander Holyfield in a boxing rematch when Tyson bit off Holyfield's ear. An act that has been mocked, spoofed and just plain made fun of to this day. Mike Tyson also served 3-years in prison on charges of rape.

At the moment there is not a lot of information available about Mike Tyson's wife's lawsuit. All that is known is she is suing a stalker from the Internet for making threats against her family.
