Jenna Jameson was arrested in Newport Beach, Calif. on Saturday after allegedly battering someone.

The victim made a citizen's arrest of the 38-year-old former porn star, and flagged down a police officer Newport Beach police Lt. Evan Sailor told USA Today. As of Saturday, police had not released information about the victim's condition.

According to TMZ, Jenna was arrested for battery ahead of a birthday bash at Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim scheduled for later on that night. No word on whether Jameson made it to her birthday party.

Back in May, Jenna was charged with a DUI after driving her Range Rover into a lamppost Westminster, Calif., according to the Los Angeles Times.

Jameson was convicted of three three misdemeanor counts; driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, having a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit and driving on a suspended license.

The ex-porn star was sentenced to three years of informal probation, ordered to pay $340 in fines and participate in a Mothers Against Drunk Driving victims' impact panel.

Jameson, who was born Jenna Marie Massoli, opened up to the New Jersey Star Ledger last month about lying on the air to shock jock Howard Stern regarding the abuse she suffered as a child.

"Howard asked me if I'd ever been molested or abused," Jenna said. "It was the one question I wasn't prepared for. 'No,' I told Howard, in answer to his question. I lied like a rug. I wasn't ready to tell anybody about any of this [being gang raped, beaten and left for dead] and I certainly wasn't ready to deal with Howard's reaction. I didn't want anyone to think that I was in the [porn] business because I was a victim."
