The rumor surrounding real-life couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively has jumped from their married status to a new movie together.

In an interview with E! News, Ryan Reynolds spoke up about the possibility of a new movie starring him and his wife. While it is highly talked about amongst fans, Reynolds quickly denied it.

"I would absolutely love to do that, but you know, it's a different age now," The "Deadpool" actor said. "It's a little harder these days than it was back in the day when a couple could do multiple films together."

"There's so much on social media and so much that we know about everybody now," Reynolds added. "You could do it if there was a little bit of a mystery there. That's a tough thing to pull off now. It's a tough thing for people to not see the personality as opposed to seeing the character."

To add to Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively being rumored to be appearing in a new film together, the former said that they are currently focusing on their small family.

"We're working together on a family," he said. "Does that count? It's busy, but no one's complaining, that's for sure. We're lucky to get to breathe the rare air of working actors. We're never apart for more than a week or so, so it's not terrible."

As known to the public, Reynolds is currently busy with his upcoming film, "Deadpool," which in itself, has garnered a lot of hype online and among fans and despite the fact that the denial is present, fans are still hopeful that Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively will still be appearing in a new project together, once they get their groove with balancing family life and their careers in showbiz.
