Omarosa May Be Investigated For Influencing Michael Clarke Duncan's Will Before He Passed Away Last Year

Michael Clarke Duncan's family wants his girlfriend wants Duncan's fiancé Omarosa Maniguilt to be investigated for possibly influencing Duncan to re-writing his will months before he died and leaving almost everything to her.

Judy Duncan, Duncan's sister, told TMZ she's hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances surrounding the change to the actor's will in April 2012, making Omarosa the main beneficiary.

Duncan suffered a heart attack last July, but never fully recovered and died in September. Judy Duncan said her husband was not of sound mind when he made the changes to the will. She told TMZ that as early as December 2011, the actor was not himself, slurring words and stumbling around. The two met in 2010.

Duncan broke out in the acting world with his role in "The Green Mile." He has since played roles in "Dare Devil," "Armageddon" and "Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby."

Judy said she was suspicious of Omaroa, who she said allegedly intensified her interest in Duncan's will when he was on life support. She also said that Omarosa sold a bunch of Duncan's personal belongings like watches, cars, awards and more without the family's knowledge.

"I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her emails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!" Omarosa told TMZ.

Omarosa came out about what happened the day Duncan suffered a heart attack, in which she may have saved his life. She said she always stayed up later than Duncan. While she was still up and Duncan was in bed, Omarosa told what she said happened on an episode of "Where Are They Now?"

She said she was overhearing Duncan laboring with trying to breathe. "And then I didn't hear anything," she recalled. When she realized Duncan wasn't breathing, Omarosa jumped into action. "I started doing CPR and trying to get 911 on the [phone]." In the midst of the frightening chaos, Omarosa stated she also turned to God for support: "I just started praying. I prayed like I have never prayed before," she said, her voice cracking. The paramedics were able to get Duncan's heart started again and rushed him to the hospital. "He fought," Omarosa said, "[But] after two months of fighting, he passed away."
