Joe Jonas Turns Down Fan’s YouTube Invite To Sorority Formal, But Seductively Invites Her To Attend ‘Jonas Brothers’ Concert [VIDEO]

Joe Jonas turned down a university senior's invite to attend her sorority formal that she posted on YouTube, but responded with a seductive video and a surprise apperance of his own.

Pepperdine University student Shaina asked Jonas to attend her formal on Saturday through a three-and-a-half minute long video in which she went around campus asking her friends to give Joe Jonas reasons why he should accept. As you would expect, Joe Jonas had to turn Shaina down. But, that's where the 'expected' ends.

Joe Jonas responded with a Ron Burgundy-esque YouTube video of his own, posted on the Jonas Brothers' official YouTube channel on Thursday. In the video, Joe Jonas appears laying on the floor of a dark room wearing a car-racing suit. The singer declined Shaina's invite, but he invited her to the opening date of the Jonas Brothers' tour.

Sipping on red wine while playing George Michael's sultry "I'm Never Gonna Dance Again" plays in the background, Joe Jonas says, "I have a proposition for you. On July 10 in Chicago, Ill., I would like to fly you out, escort you to my concert of the opening tour. What do you think? I know. It's gonna be great."

Joe Jonas didn't end his response there.

Shaina appeared on the "Today Show" this morning to talk about her YouTube clip and invitation, as it follows a string of other YouTube invite videos sent to celebrities, most recently to Kate Upton.

Shaina didn't know that Jonas was in the "Today" audience, disguised in a long wig, glasses and mustache. He was carrying a sign that said, "Looking for a date for a concert in July," when he suddenly removed his disguise and asked Shaina to attend his show in person.

Shaina appeared thrilled with the compromise.
