There are few couples that have endured more speculation about their marriage than Will and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith married in 1997 and have been the subject of countless rumors of divorce and infidelity since then. However, the one piece of tabloid fodder that hasn't ever gone away is that the couple is in an open marriage. Of course, it didn't help when Jada recently did an interview with Huffpost Live and said, "I've always told Will, 'You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be OK.'"

Afterwards, Jada took to Facebook for one of her infamously lengthy and rambling posts. She attempted to set the record straight and denied being in an open marriage, but didn't do much in the way of actual denial.

"Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want, because we TRUST each other to do so. This does NOT mean we have an open relationship... this means we have a GROWN one," she wrote. "There are far more important things to talk about in regards to what is happening in the world than whether I have an open marriage or not."

Her husband hasn't exactly helped matters much either in denying the rumors. Back in 2008, he told reporters that he would simply tell Jada if he were going to have sex with someone else. "You're going to be attracted to people," he said. "If it came down to it, then one would say to the other: 'Look, I need to have sex with somebody. Now I'm not going to do it if you don't approve of it.'"

Will and Jada would also hardly be the first couple that's open to being open. Actress Mo'Nique confirmed that she is an open marriage with her husband, while Angelina Jolie said in a 2009 interview that, "I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship." KISS frontman Gene Simmons was in an open relationship for decades with current wife Shannon Tweed before the pair finally tied the knot. Pink also reportedly tried an open relationship with current husband Carey Hart at one point, but sources claim it didn't work out so well for the pair.
