On April 14, actor and singer Kim Hyung Jun from SS501 celebrated his 4th anniversary as the DJ of radio show, "Music High."

He has become one of the long-run radio hosts, a feat in and of itself given the time commitment and consistency that are required of radio DJs.

His unique honesty and pleasant voice on top of outstanding sense of humor and wit have been on the forefront in leading 'Music High' to a consistent number one ratings.

What has especially been crucial for the success of the idol star is his diverse fan base. Against the preconceived notion that younger females would comprise the majority of the listeners, he has managed to connect with the large male population amongst graveyard shift cab drivers, freight truck drivers and gas station cashiers. Also, fans overseas tune in to his show via Internet and smart phones.

Many fans from all over the world mailed in gifts for the anniversary such as rice cake and other presents.

Via Twitter, Kim Hyung Jun stated, "The first show feels like yesterday but it has already been four whole years. I am very happy and hope and pray that the show will continue to be loved for a long time. I hope for more times of fun and healing to come during our show. Thank you all very much!"

While a radio host, Kim Hyung Jun performs concerts as a singer and is also currently in a new MBC drama, "It's Gold."
