"Avengers: Infinity War" won't be coming out anytime soon but Marvel and Disney make sure that fans are updated on how the blockbuster movie will turn out to be.
Producer Jeremy Latcham spoke with io9 and he described what is happening on discussions on how they should approach the film. He said that they are looking at all of the monumental events during the "Infinity War" arc.
"I was in an 'Infinity War' meeting with the Russos earlier today and there are really old Starlin stuff, there's really new Hickman stuff, there's all kinds of stuff sitting on this table," he said. "And it's really kind of chaotic, like 'Oh, there's a great issue here. There's a great moment here. Let's talk about all of them. Let's make sure we are looking at everything.'"
"I think that's part of what's fun, it doesn't matter when it was written, in the books, if it's great it's great and we want to find a way to put it into the movie. Part of the job. Part of the fun."
Meanwhile, film producer Kevin Feige addressed the inclusion of Spider-Man to the MCU.
"Making that agreement... was great, and was really amazing, and on a personal level making these movies, it means a lot because I think we can do great things with Spider-Man. I think Spider-man can serve great purpose in our universe and that's where he belongs."
"That was what was unique about him in the comics was not that he was the only superhero in the world; it's that he was a totally different kind of superhero when compared against all the other ones in the Marvel universe at the time."
