K-Pop girl group SECRET will be flying to Singapore this December to perform at the 20th Asian Television Awards, reports The Korea Herald.
SECRET are scheduled to attend the live show on December 3 as the official representative of South Korea. The event will be held at the Suntec City Auditorium in Singapore, and will be broadcast live in multiple Asian countries to an estimated 300 million homes.
"It is such an honor to attend the award ceremony," member Hyosung reportedly said. "As all of us are launching our acting careers, we will be more than happy to meet some of the influential people in the field."
This year's Asian Television Awards will be a two-day event. A dinner show will be held on December 2, followed by the live show on December 3 during which SECRET will perform.
SECRET will be sharing the performance stage with Swedish boy band and X Factor Australia fifth season finalist JTR, as well as Anggun, according to the event organizers.
SECRET returned with their 5th EP Secret Summer in August, and promoted the title track "I'm in Love."
Members of the group have also been focusing on their individual careers, such as Hyosung and Jieun releasing solo singles, and Sunhwa's award-winning turn as a rookie actress last year.
