During Friday's manhunt for the second suspect in the Boston Bombing, Fox 4 of Kansas City closed caption identified the bomber as Zooey Deschanel.

Zooey Deschanel is an actress and star of the Fox show "New Girl." Often mixed up with singer Katy Perry, Deschanel also sings and did the theme song for the 2011 Disney movie, Winnie the Pooh.

During Friday's manhunt for the second Boston bomber, Fox New identified the man as 19-year-old Dzhokar Tsarnaev. As the anchors read the man's name the station's closed caption read,

"Marathon bombing. He is 19-year-old Zooey Deschanel."

The caption was posted next to a picture of the suspect and quickly went viral. Zooey Deschanel went on Twitter and posted, "Whoa! Epic closed captioning fail!"

The 33-year-old actress was able to laugh about the caption. Followers of the New Girl star left light hearted messages below the photo of the caption Deschanel posted.

Diana posted, "Omg, you finally saw it. Epic win."

"Adorable response," tweeted Jake Levine.

Erin joked with the actress saying, "We're on to you Zooey, give it up."

"Unbelievable. Someone was drunk closed captioning," writes username Chicprotagonist.

Fox 4 did not issue an apology to Zooey Deschanel but they did post on Facebook saying,

"Yeah... it's been one of those weeks in pretty much every way... Have a wonderful weekend everybody and thanks for sticking with us through the crazy!!"

The real Boston Bombing suspect was captured on Friday night after hiding in a boat in the backyard of a resident in Watertown Mass. The owner of the boat noticed blood leading to his boat and a man hiding inside. The owner of the boat called 911 and police moved in and apprehended the suspect.

Dzhokar Tsarnaev was injured in a gun battle with police early Friday morning. The shoot out left his older brother dead. Police have not been able to speak with Dzhokar Tsarnaev as he is still listed in critical condition.

Dzhokar Tsarnaev is being treated at the same hospital where some of his victims are recuperating.
