Kendra Wilkinson 'In Shock' And 'Really Sore' After Car Crash In Los Angeles

Kendra Wilkinson was rushed to the hopsital following an apparent car crash in the LA neighborhood of Tarzana on Sunday morning. The former Girls Next Door star appears to be fine after doctors at the Providence Tarzana Medical Center cleared her of any significant injuries, according to Us Weekly sources.

Despite the lack of major physical harm, Wilkinson is said to be "in shock" and "really sore" after the accident.

The crash ironically comes after the actress quit the ABC diving competition show, Splash, over concerns for her safety. The wife of former NFL player, Hank Baskett III, and mother to their 3-year-old son, Hank Baskett IV, tweeted out an apology after quitting the show, writing ""Big mistake signing up for the show," before adding, "Sorry I let you all down."

She then released a longer statement about why quitting Splash was so hard:

"I'm so sorry, everybody. It's bittersweet. One thing I don't do is quit. This is the first time in my life I've quit something. This will haunt me for the rest of my life."

Her fear for her safety might be indirectly related to the injuries she suffered during her time as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars in 2011. She lost a toenail and suffered a bruised leg while practing with partner, Louis Van Amstel, before the show.

The injury-prone reality star most recently was spotted on an episode of Celebrity Wife Swap with Kate Gosselin, back in February.
