Fandongoing: What Is It? Fan-Dan-Go Sweeps The Social Media World's Attention [VIDEO]

Fan-Dan-Go-Ing or Fandangoing is the new dance and sing-along that is sweeping the nation.

It came about while a WWE superstar makes his entrance to the ring. With a flashy entrance, a wrestler named Fandango dances his way down the aisle with a sexy dance partner.

Watching entrance is like watching "Dancing With The Stars" on WWE T.V., but the fans helped spark the #FandangoRevolution.

When Fandango makes his way to the ring, the fans would sing along with the beat of his entrance music. To add to the effect, the fans would point with their index fingers up-and-down, repeatedly.

It really became mainstream when the fans that packed the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J. on April 8 were Fandangoing during his appearance on camera and even during other superstar's matches.

Fans have used the social media outlets like Twitter, Facebook and Tout to share their own versions of the Fandangoing.

"Yes, for those asking-I have been Fandangoing all week! #fandangoRevolution @WWEFandango," John Bradshaw Layfield, "Friday Night Smackdown" commentator tweeted this week.

The Fandango character made his WWE debut at Wrestlemania, which is the company's biggest pay-per-view of the year. He went on to defeat six-time world champion and former "Dancing With The Stars" participant Chris Jericho.
