Former Miss Delaware Teen USA, Melissa King, appeared Monday in Worcester County District Court in Ocean City, Maryland on citations for an alcohol charge and a separate theft charge.

The nineteen-year-old previously gave up her title of Miss Delaware in February after an online porn video surfaced.

In August, after police found a bottle of rum in her father's truck which she was driving home from work, King was cited on the alcohol charge. Melissa was stopped on the road for a cracked taillight when the officer found the unsealed bottle of Captain Morgan.

Under the law, as the driver, 19 year old King was responsible for the unsealed booze, whether she was drinking it or not.

As for the theft citation: King allegedly stole money from a city bus fare box, but prosecutors dropped the charge Monday, citing doubts about their case.

The former Miss Delaware's lawyer said the theft charge involved two $1 bus fares, for King and a friend. King put the money in the fare box and then took it out after deciding not to ride the bus, so the charge was ludicrous.

King received one year of unsupervised probation on the alcohol citation. She was relieved by the judge's decision and hopes to put the ordeal behind her.

The underage Delaware princess has had a few financial hardships, turning to porn for her meal ticket. She talks about her new "career" on a YouTube video filmed by a cameraman whom simultaneously conducts the interview. King is sprawled out on a twin-size bed in a seedy hotel room, trying to answer classless questions to the best of her teenage abilities. See Video Below.

But positive news for the ex-pageant star: She's been accepted into college on the East Coast and she plans to pursue a career in journalism.
