After speculation that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have split, Cyrus was spotted wearing her engagement ring again.

Wearing red lipstick, a shiny long black top, tiny denim shorts, and sky-high silver platform heels, the extreme ensemble didn't distract the public from noticing what really mattered... Miley's 3.5 carat diamond sparkler prominently displayed on her left finger.

After confusing us with the ring being M.I.A. and then its sudden manifestation, Miley Cyrus said she just doesn't wear it sometimes and we shouldn't read into it too much.

But how can we not be perplexed about it, Miley? The pair hasn't been seen together in months!

Even Her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, recently admitted he's not sure if the wedding is still on, awkwardly telling ABC News that Miley and Hemsworth are still "friends."

"I don't know. I know as I was writing a book, I wanted to keep that particular moment [Miley's wedding] as open-ended as possible. I didn't know the answer," Billy Ray explains to ABC in an interview that aired April 15.

He continues, "They're young, they're kids, the great news is they're great friends, they're really good friends," he continued. "I play it by ear, I know whatever's meant to be that's the way it's going to happen."

Months ago Hemsworth, 23, was allegedly cheating on the "Hannah Montana" star with "Mad Men" beauty, January Jones. 

January and "The Hunger Games" star sparked rumors of a fling after they were spotted leaving a party together in February and now, two months later, have been accused of contacting each other behind Cyrus's back.

Elsa Pataky, Hemsworth's sister in law, has weighed in on the couple's status as well.

The wife of Liam's brother, Chris, revealed that she was unsure if the couple were still together. She said, "I don't know. But if they get married it would be nice to go."

Miley and Liam are a bit young to make such a commitment, especially since they have been on the rocks lately.  But could you please let us know what is going on! Is the wedding on or off?!
