CL's first ever street single is getting support from a lot of places, including some well-known singers.
The Canadian singer-producer Grimes shared her love of CL's new song "Hello Bitches" on Twitter, showing her support for the Korean pop star's first true foray into the American music market.
"Love u clll <3" wrote Grimes on Sunday, a day after CL released "Hello Bitches".
The official music video for "Hello Bitches" was released on Noisey, Vice's music site, on Saturday.
The single, what CL termed her first street single, came ahead of an upcoming album from the 2NE1 member. "Hello Bitches" was available for free download on Soundcloud after its release.
In her interview with Noisey, CL described the bi-lingual single as a way to introduce herself to international fans while keeping "it authentic."
A collaboration between the pair has been reported in rumors in the past, but CL and Grimes have yet to formally work together.
CL's fellow YG Entertainment artist, G-Dragon of Big Bang, appeared in one of Grimes' music videos earlier this year.
Producer Scooter Braun also tweeted a show of support for CL's new single.
