FTISLAND frontman Lee Hong Ki showed his artistic side in the December issue of Dazed & Confused.
The accomplished singer and actor followed a one-color theme for each of his combinations, to create layered looks. He modeled a variety of suits that had wide-lapel blazers and even suede pants. Meanwhile, his eccentric accessories included glossy sneakers, pocket broaches, golden cuffs and a nest-like crown. In one photograph, Lee even wore a metallic mask with geometric cutouts!
According to the magazine, "Lee Hong Ki finally made his debut as a solo vocalist and wished to portray a man with rough charms for his pictorial. He wore matching outfits with intense primary colors and eye-catching accessories that showed a more masculine appearance than his everyday attire. He impressed staff with his enthusiasm during the shooting progress despite his busy schedule."
During the interview, Lee discussed his solo endeavor. He stated, "I hope the album that I released as the main vocalist of FTISLAND does well so that FTISLAND can also do well."
In other news, Lee Hong Ki recently released his music video for the single "Insensible," from the album FM302. Lee's agency, FNC Entertainment, also announced that the star will have his first solo concert early next year at Seoul's Blue Square. The concert is called "2016 Lee Hongki Live 302" and the two set dates are for Jan. 9 and Jan. 10.
