Virgin America Mile-High Flirting Allows Passengers To Buy Complete Strangers Drinks, Meals And Snacks

Virgin America mile-high flirting was launched, with passengers now being able to send drinks, meals or snacks to other passengers. Virgin America passengers can now put items sent to other passengers on their tab, whether they want to just be friendly toward another person that caught their eye or just for the hell of doing something nice.

The Virgin America mile-high flirting is a unique way for passengers to interact with one another during their flights. The service was made to the start of the airlines Los Angeles to Las Vegas service, but is available on all of its U.S. flights.

"Treat a travel companion or break the ice by sending a drink, meal, or snack to another seat with our RedTM touch screen entertainment system. Just browse our in-flight menus, select who's having one on you, make your order, and we'll deliver it directly to your guest of choice," Virginiaamerica.com.

Virgin boss Sir Richard Branson, who introduced the airline's new feature in a video, said the chances of deplaning with a plus-one are at least 50 percent.

The Virgin America mile-high isn't the only airline that is promoting the opposite of virginity.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines introduced a service called "meet and seat" that lets travelers link Facebook and LinkedIn profiles to their check-in information, according to Fox News.

Malaysia Airlines has a service using Facebook. It lets passengers see which friends are taking the same flight or visiting a destination at the same time.
