Eminem New Album Rumor Release Date Is May 28: Album Features Dr. Dre And Production From No I.D. [VIDEO]

Eminem rumored new album release date is May 28. Eminem's first solo-album and eighth studio-album is rumored to be released this summer.

The rumor of Eminem's new album release date being May 28 started when the rapper tweeted last year that he was working on new music.

Shady Records president Paul Rosenberg followed up on Eminem's new album rumors with Billboard in February: "We fully expect to be releasing a new Eminem album in 2013. He's been working on it for some time... It's safe to say that it will be post-Memorial Day at some point, but we're not exactly sure when. We've got some dates locked in for him to perform live in Europe in August, so we're trying to see what else lines up."

This would mean the Eminem new album release date could really be on May 28 because his August is booked. Even though there is no name for the album or any singles, time is ticking if he wants to have the album out before his tour.

Eminem said on a radio show with DJ Who that Dr. Dre will be affiliated with the album and No I.D. will be a producer. When Royce Da 5'9, friend and rapper of Slaughterhouse under Eminem's Shady Records, spoke about the album's recording process, he said, "I'm not so sure how the world is going to respond from some of the things that I've heard from him."

After Eminem became a household name in the music industry, he appeared in a few movies and even starred in "8 Mile," which was a take on his own life.

After it's rumored release, Eminem's new album could add to the lengthy and diverse success of his career, which has even featured a clothing linecalled Shady Ltd.
