Pokemon Style Guide, New 'Pokken Tournament' Fighter Surface Online?

Several interesting details regarding the Pokemon franchise have surfaced recently, including a possible new playable character for "Pokken Tournament."

Over the weekend, an alleged Pokemon creation manual began circulating online, which features instructions on various mythlogical rules of the universe. This includes writings about blood relations, procreation and death.

"In general, no references are made to the 'life' and 'death' of a Pokemon," says the manual. "In battles, they are never killed but 'faint' when they are defeated. Pokemon cemeteries have appeared in the video games, but no mention is made of how the Pokemon died, and these graves are not depicted in the animation."

Allegedly, the manual is used as a style guide for companies who create Pokemon merchandise.

"It sounds like someone working for a third-party producer of merchandise got it and scanned it, because a few other people [online] said they got it under those circumstances," commented PsychMS on reddit.

But it's not the only rumored Pokemon news online. On Monday, an image began circulating featuring Pokenchi presenter Shoko Nakagawa playing "Pokken Tournament." In the back, there is a sign which depicts Sceptile as a playable character, with Electrode and Farfetch'd as support Pokemon.

"This is currently unconfirmed but we'll provide details on who is revealed soon, hopefully by Thursday," wrote Serebii.
