Choi Yoon Young starred in "Mature Woman's Essence" for the December issue of Sure.
The beauty modeled modern, business-chic looks that included beige coats, wide pants and a lot of turtleneck knits by brands like Carolina Herrera and Marni. According to the magazine, the star wanted to show a different side that contrasted with the bright and cheerful characters she tends to play on screen.
During the interview, Choi talked about her insanely busy schedule and how she maintains her health. She revealed, "Drama resting only happens one day a week and the other portion of the week is constant repetition. So I commute almost nonstop for six to seven months."
"Even if you have strength, it's easy to tire easily with this schedule," she said. "I take nutrients and only eat food that is good for my body. I do Pilates during the break as well, but when I'm shooting taking healthy walks is easy. If it's an active day, I can walk for up to an hour."
The actress also took a moment to talk about her favorite beauty look. She stated, "I don't tend to work while wearing dark makeup. I also prefer to keep my hair down and natural. I'm thinking of cutting my hair again these days, so I can enter my thirties with a more mature, feminine and clear image."
Choi Yoon Young is currently starring in the KBS2 drama All Is Well. The drama airs every Monday and Friday at 19:50 KST.
