A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away, one "Star Wars" actor thought he wanted to join EXO, then decided he better not.
The cast of "Star Wars" made quite the impact with South Korean stars after appearing in the country ahead of the movie's release. John Boyega and Daisy Ridley met singer-MC Eric Nam, while Boyega also encountered EXO and Tweeted about the experience.
On Tuesday, Eric Nam shared two pictures on Instagram featuring himself alongside Ridley and Daisy after he interviewed the pair.
"Great meeting you peanut and peanut," Nam wrote on his post.
He also expressed his hope that the "Star Wars" actors enjoy their time in Seoul, and that they were "awesome."
Meanwhile, during the same trip Boyega met EXO at the movie's fan meeting in Seoul, and took to Twitter.
"Lord. Thinking to audition for EXO so I can join them and have an excuse to tay in Seoul," Boyega wrote on Twitter on Dec. 9.
After the Tweet was shared over 3 thousand times, Boyega rethought the decision.
"Actually, I'll leave EXO alone," tweeted Boyega. "They don't need me stubmling around while they glide on screams of their hardcore fans."
EXO released the promotional single and music video "Lightsaber" ahead of the South Korean release of "Star Wars: The Force Awakens."
The upcoming "Star Wars" film will be released on Dec. 17 in South Korea, a day before it will be released in the United States.
