Kang Ye Won Shows InStyle Readers Her Artsy Apartment

Love Clinic actress Kang Ye Won starred in "Women Art" for the December issue of InStyle.

The beauty took readers into her creative home filled with abstract paintings, contemporary structures and minimalistic furniture. The "At Home" segment celebrated Kang's unique interior decoration style and love of modern art. The photos showed the star's collection of rocking chairs, bicycle-inspired wall ornaments and cartoonish fire watch sculptures. According to the magazine, "In every corner, there lies a deep story."

Kang's wardrobe changed from "casual artist" to "rockstar street artist." She donned plaid over-shirts, denim overalls, leather jackets, camel knits and high heel boots by brands like Stuart Weitzman and Steve J and Yoni P.

During the interview, Kang talked about her love for painting. She stated, "I never learned a specific technique, I think you should have the commitment to pursue any painting style. From the very beginning, I've been doing it on my own. The most important thing about the picture is what it makes you feel right away."

She added, "These days, I'm hooked on the murals by [British grafitti artist] Banksy. I also want to live my life freely and happily as I draw."
