Roy Kim 'Spring, Spring, Spring' Stays Number One on Charts

Roy Kim's new single "Spring, Spring, Spring" is extending its stay at the top of the charts.

Released on April 22, the timely song--as the full swing of spring is in effect-is still number one on Melon and M-Net music charts. Competing against many highly anticipated comeback songs such as 4Minute's "What's Your Name?" and SHINee's "Why So Serious?" along with the global hit "Gentleman," Roy Kim's country song has dropped a spot or two for brief periods of time but regained the throne at the end of each day so far during his hot streak.

The usually unfamiliar and therefore unpopular country style got its wish come true to score big on the big stage for once with Roy Kim's soothing vocals that works seamlessly with the warming of the frost-bitten winter months now behind.

4Minute's "What's Your Name?" is currently ranked first on Bugs and trails closely behind "Spring, Spring, Spring" on Melon and M-Net. Also rising in ranks are Lyn's "Breakable Heart" and aforementioned SHINee's comeback song, "Why So Serious?"
