Heather Locklear is in a budding relationship with Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Marc Mani. The 51-year-old actress and the famous doctor, who has appeared on TLC's "Plastic Surgery Beverly Hills," have been getting closer.

After Heather and Dr. Mani were spotted dining together in California together earlier this month, it is now confirmed that the two are an item.

Despite the fact that it is unclear how long they've been dating, the Melrose Place alum and plastic surgeon to the stars are getting serious.

The actress is the butt of ongoing jokes about how now she can get all  plastic surgery she wants and at a bargain. It's obvious that Heather is no stranger to cosmetic procedures and it is speculated that they met during one of her many doctor appointments.

Prior to Mani, Locklear's boyfriend was Larry Porush, 51-year-old technology entrepreneur. Before that, Locklear was engaged to Melrose Place co-star JackWagner.  and Locklear announced they were engaged in August 2011 but were broken up by November 2011.

The 51-year-old Locklear was also married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee, and Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. 

In the past few years Locklear has made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Between 2008 and 2010 she was thrown around in the tabloids for multiple police allegations regarding alleged alcohol use.

In early 2012, she was rushed to the hospital for overdosing on pills. Her sister called 911 believing that Locklear was in danger, and the actress was taken to Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks. 

Heather recently hit the red carpet with daughter Ava for the premiere of her new movie "Scary Movie 5." She looked happy and healthier than she has in years.  Maybe her new beau has something to do with her new glow.
