A-PRINCE Makes Effort to Save Traditional Markets

Boy band A-PRINCE will be the first idol group to participate in a collective effort to revive traditional markets in Gangwon province.

A-PRINCE will stage a performance at the 2013 Talent Donation Concert on May 5, which is Children's Day in Korea.

The continued effort to save the traditional marketplace began last year. In various cities with long-lived markets that have recently struggled, idol groups like U-KISS, B1A4 and Ze:A held performances in order to bring attention back to what once were the primary place for exchange and transaction of all types of consumer goods.

Gangwon province stated that "We are hoping A-PRINCE will be able to help us get the word out on the struggles of these markets. The image of Asian prince of the idol group is what got us to select them as the face of our revival efforts."

A-PRINCE will perform "Hello" and "I Only Think About You" which feature powerful team choreography. They will also participate in other regional activities to promote the benefits of traditional markets.
