Justin Bieber Blows Past Security Check At Istanbul Airport; Security Forced To Do Check Curbside As Bieber Wraps European Leg Of World Tour

Justin Bieber is squeezing out every last bit of drama he can from the European leg of his world tour. Bieber touched down yesterday in Istanbul, Turkey, for the final two shows of his European tour, but breezed past security officials at Istanbul Airport. Security officials at Istanbul Airport ran after Bieber when he blew through passport control without preventing his travel documents, following him out to the cars that were waiting outside the terminal.

Security officials at Istanbul Airport eventually relented and let his security check be conducted curbside. Bieber was eventually given the all-clear and was whisked away to Istanbul's Technical University's sports arena, where he was set to perform sold out shows for two nights in a row.

"Turkey is crazy right now. We ready," wrote Bieber on Twitter.

It's not the first time that Bieber has caused scandal at European airports. Last month, customs officials in Munich confiscated his pet monkey after he attempted to bring the animal into Germany without paperwork. This past March, he made news when he walked through a Polish airport semi-naked.

Bieber's biggest drama was reserved for London, where he attacked a photographer, was rushed to the hospital after a concert and bizarrely walked around the streets wearing a gas mask on two separate occasions.

Following his second concert tonight in Istanbul, Bieber will head to Dubai for two shows this weekend. He will then head to South Africa for two shows next week in Cape Town and Johannesburg. The second U.S. leg of his world tour will kick off on June 22 in San Diego.
