Girls' Generation member Hyoyeon and fitness trainer Rebecca Louis showed some of their favorite exercise moves in the January issue of Cosmopolitan.
The famous celebrity trainer, whose clients include Miley Cyrus, released a line of women training clothes with Le Coq Sportif. Louis and Hyoyeon presented the designs in a dance studio while stretching and modeling.
Among the featured accessories there was the "Baguette Core 7.3" unisex sneakers. The shoes were worn by Hyoyeon, have orange accents and can be yours HERE. The pair can be seen below.
During the interview, Louis was asked why she chose to become a trainer.
"I have enjoyed exercise for a long time. I dreamed of having a life where I gave inspiration and impacted people." She responded. "I didn't know that dream would come true this fast. More than anything, I consider it important to enjoy exercising, so I become more excited and happy as the positive reaction to exercise expands. These days, I'm spurred on by the reactions of fans."
Hyoyeon also revealed her favorite healthy food to snack on.
"The best food is avocado." She stated. "Avocados and eggs are good sources of protein and fat."
