Kris Makes Runway Debut At Burberry Show

Kris [Wu Yifan] has officially made his debut as a runway model.

Since leaving the K-pop group EXO in 2014, the star has participated in several Chinese films and released OST tracks. Now Kris can add model to his impressive professional resumé. On Jan. 11, he walked for Burberry's Fall 2016 menswear collection at London's Kensington Gardens.

His look included a double-breasted trench coat, sporty zip-up turtleneck, red pants and black sneakers with yellow accents. After the news of David Bowie's sudden passing, all of the models had glitter sprinkled onto their cheekbones to allude to the singer's famous alter ego Ziggy Stardust.

According to Vogue, "Depending on your perspective, it was either a collection without a concept or a collection whose concept was so broadly all-encompassing that it defied the categorization." However, Burberry asserted the line was about "classic pieces elevated in technical fabrics, double-faced wool cashmere and oversize silhouettes."

Check out Kris on the runway below! His first solo walk is at the 8:12 mark and he leads all the models back on stage at the 15:14 mark.

Fans are responding positively to Kris's surprise appearance.

Under the YouTube video, Rose Za commented, "Kris Wu amazes me always. He did so good. So natural. It looks like he was born to walk on the runaway."

Another fan, Asma Khan, stated, "Loved the music and that unique closer-to-the-audience ramp. Kris is looking cool as always."
