Super Junior's Ryeowook Prepares For 1st Solo Concert Next Month

Super Junior's KimRyeowook is set to hold his first solo concert before the release of his solo album.

The concert series, titled "Ever Lasting Star - Ryeo Wook," will be held over a three-day period from Feb. 19-21 at the official SMTOWN Theatre at COEX Mall in Seoul and is part of SM Entertainment's "The Agit" concert series.

Tickets will be available for purchase on Jan. 20 at 8 P.M. through online ticket site Yes24.

Ryeowook is an ideal pick for a solo debut due to his powerful vocals and wide range of work. He has recorded numerous drama OSTs, including "Temptation of Wolves," "High School Musical," "The Goddess Watches Over Us," and "Agatha."

His skillset is not limited to singing, however; the 28-year-old Super Junior member has also performed in musicals, worked as a radio DJ, and been a host for television programs.

Ryeowook confirmed in a recent interview that he would be releasing his solo album sometime in 2016. However, the exact date has not been decided.

Ryeowook will become the fourth SM artist to hold a solo concert within the past four months. In October, Shinee's Jonghyun performed there, followed by Girls' Generation's Taeyeon and Kyuhyun of Super Junior.
