Heidi Kum is sporting a diamond and gold ring on her finger but she swears is not engaged. It's just a nice pice of jeweley given to her by her new boyfriend.

The Tiffany & Co. band on her ring finger was a gift from her boyguard boyfriend, Martin Kristen. It was seen as she and Martin stepped out for lunch in West Hollywood on Tuesday. He has a matching Tiffany band on his hand as well.

Heidi doesn't want rumors speculating of a future wedding to her new beau. She said :

"I am happy. It is always hard to find the right partner and you just never know in the beginning. There's no engagement. I did get a present from my boyfriend. He did give me a ring and he has the same."

She emphasized: "I am not engaged. I am not planning to get married anytime soon. It's just a beautiful piece of jewelry. Just something nice."

The new couple are frequently seen with Heidi's children.

Klum went public with her new romance in September, telling TV talk show host Katie Couric, "I trust him with my children's life. He's a great man."

Heidi started dating Kristen Martin after a heartbreaking split from her husband of seven years, Seal.

The Project Runway host/judge and singer Seal split in January, 2012.  Klum has since filed for divorce, but it has not yet been finalized.

The German Victoria Secret model and Seal were deeply in love, getting their vows renewed every year.  The separation was a shock to fans across the world. 

Heidi's hit reality show Project Runway aired it's Season 11 finale on Thursday, April 25. The exciting finish crowned Michelle Lesniak Franklin as the "Runway" winner.  Her collection was well received and Michelle was a frontrunner and a favorite of Klum's from the beginning.

Heidi's lovelife has not been as successful as her modeling career and Lifetime Channel show. But now it looks optimistic.

Heidi describes what drew her to her bodyguard love:

"I love straightforward, ripped, washed-a-hundred-times jeans that just fit really well," she says, "and a cool t-shirt. I don't like a guy when he's overdressed or over-styled. I like it better rugged."

This does not sound anything like her ex Seal! We are rooting for the pair after Heidi's public suffering from her divorce and wish them nothing but love and happiness.
