Lindsey Vonn was noticeably flying solo at the Delete Blood Cancer Gala in New York City last night. Vonn walked the red carpet, but her new boyfriend Tiger Woods was nowhere in sight.

When asked where Tiger was, Vonn told E! News that he couldn't make it to the annual gala because he was "practicing." Woods is preparing for the Players Championship next week.

Though Woods is practicing 24/7, the 28-year-old World Cup alpine ski racer gets to have a break. Vonn injured her knee during this year's World Championships and is currently in rehab.

"I'm still in rehab, things are going really well. The knee is coming along quite nicely. But I should start skiing in September and everything's right on track for the Olympics in February," she told E!.

Draped in a floor-length, elegant blue dress, the Olympic skier was excited to walk her first red carpet without a knee brace.

The last time Vonn and Woods were seen in public together was when Vonn went to Tiger's 5-year-old daughter Sam's soccer game in Florida last month. Lindsey reportedly waited in the car while Woods and his ex-wife, 33-year-old Elin Nordegren, attend the game in support of their child.

Woods and Vonn made their relationship official last March with a series of intimate Facebook photos. Since then, the two have been seen together often. In April, Vonn made a trip to cheer for Woods at the first round of the Masters.
