SM Entertainment’s “School Oz” hologram musical can only be seen in South Korea, but now the entertainment agency has released an official music video from its star-studded musical.
On Saturday, the K-pop powerhouse unveiled a video for the song “One Day One Chance” from its hologram musical “School Oz.” The number, a bombastic, uplifting song, is led by TVXQ’s Changmin but features the vocals of several SM Entertainment artists who appear in “School Oz.”
f(x)’s Luna, Red Velvet’s Seulgi, EXO’s Suho and Xiumin, and SHINee’s Key all appear in the music video along with Changmin and offer backing vocals on the track.
“One Day One Chance” is the first official song released from “School Oz,” which premiered last year.
It is the first song featuring TVXQ’s Changmin since the singer enlisted in the South Korean military.
In the music video, the SM Entertainment stars are seen performing a variety of dance numbers decked out in fantastical uniforms and using magical powers. Dragons, werewolves, evil witches, Girls' Generation's YoonA, and Super Junior's Leeteuk make cameo appearances.
TVXQ’s Changmin plays the role of Oscar, SHINee’s Key stars as David, f(x)’s Luna stars as Diana, Red Velvet’s Seulgi appears as Dorothy, and EXO’s Xiumin plays Aquila while Suho plays Hans.
“School Oz” is the first ever hologram musical. Produced by SM Entertainment, the performance combines live performance with pre-recorded videos and holograms and is a staple of The SMTOWN Theater in Seoul.
