What Will Conan O'Brien Do During His Visit To South Korea Next Week?

One Seoul superfan is getting a big warm thanks from Conan O'Brien.

The talk show host of "Conan" announced this week that he will head to Seoul, South Korea on Feb. 14 and stay for four days. During his trip, he will film a special episode for "Conan."

The trip was spurred on after a high school student from Korea who is a fan of Conan O'Brien sent the entertainer a box filled with snacks from Korea.

"Based on this fantastic letter, I decided to visit Sunny Lee in her country of South Korea," O'Brien announced on Wednesday. "I'm going next week and then we'll air a special show based on my visit after I return."

According to local media outlets, Conan will explore traditional Korean culture as he visits Korea. The K-Pop Herald reports that he is contemplating appearing on popular Korean comedy shows like KBS's "Gag Concert" or tvN's "Comedy Big League."

It was also revealed that Conan is working on a special collaborating with Park Jin Young, the CEO of JYP Entertainment. Details of the collaboration are unknown, but there is some speculation in Korea that O'Brien will appear in the upcoming 9th anniversary music video release from K-pop girl group Wonder Girls.

O'Brien previously highlighted Korean culture on "Conan," when he accompanied "The Walking Dead" actor Steven Yeun to a Korean spa in Los Angeles last year.
