Jemima Kirke Talks About Husband Michael Mosberg, Rehab And Art To Promote ‘Girls’ Season 5

Jemima Kirke is as wild as she is on "Girls" season 5. Seeing how she met her husband Michael Mosberg when she went back to rehab the second time, Jemima Kirke is just a fuller, more human version of her character Jessa in "Girls" season 5.

She opened up about some of these issues, while promoting her art and "Girls", to her fans.

"She spent a second spell in rehab four years later, where she met Michael. And while she followed the rehab programme, and attended AA meetings afterwards, she is keen, today, to talk about her objections to the one-size-fits-all approach to alcohol and drug abuse," according to Telegraph.

Other than her regular appearance on "Girls" and her colored personal history, Jemima Kirke is a painter based off of Red Hook, Broolyn. Just a year ago, Liv Tyler asked Jemima Kirke to paint her baby bump.

Jemima Kirke received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting from the Rhode Island School of Design.

So when Liv Tyler looked to capture her beauty (and her baby bump) in paint, she decided to turn to Jemima for help.

According to Daily Mail, "pregnant Liv Tyler bared her prominent bump while clad in lingerie for a portrait painted by Girls' Jemima Kirke in Brooklyn Saturday. 'So fun to be painted by a friend!' the expecting 37-year-old captioned the make-up free Instagram."

'Lord of the Rings' actress may have spoken too soon! Just because she is a friend that doesn't mean that 'Girls' star will make her look more flattering.

If you take a look at her paintings, Jemima certainly doesn't gloss over the flaws.

According to Wikipedia, "Born in London to English parents, Kirke was raised in New York City. She is the daughter of Simon Kirke, the former drummer of the rock bands Bad Company and Free. Her mother is Lorraine (née Dellal) Kirke, the owner of Geminola, a vintage boutique in New York City that supplied a number of outfits for the television series Sex and the City."

Talk about being a painter and having good connections through her parents!

Do you think Jemima Kirke will stick with her paintings after "Girls" season 5? Let me know in the comments below!
