'One Punch Man' Anime Season 2 Spoilers; Release Date Later This Year?

Release date for the second season of the breakout hit "One Punch Man" anime may come about very late this year. Fans are highly anticipating season 2 of the anime adaptation of ONE's manga series.

While there has been no definite release date for the second season at this point, a recent report confirmed that it would most likely happen later this year.Series creator Yusake Murata tweeted last December that he is working hard to make the "One Punch Man" anime season 2 happen.

In the "One Punch Man" manga, the next plot revolves around the Hero Hunter, Garou. He is the former top disciple of Bang or, commonly known for his hero name, Silver Fang. He ultimately lost his way and is scheming to hunt down top heroes on the list to prove that he is the strongest.

Also, in the manga, Garou was given an invitation card by the Monster Association which is the cause of the monsters appearing in all cities simultaneously. Garou deliberately declined as he tore the invitation card but the monster said that they will see each other again if he continues being a hero hunter.

If this plot is to happen in "One Punch Man" anime season 2, fan can expect to see even more action-packed fights which increased the viewership of the previous season.

Though the manga showed less of Saitama's fight scenes, Ecumenical News speculated that the hero for fun will probably have a rivalry with Amai Mask, a Class A Rank 1 hero who blamed the Class S heroes for the destruction of the city during the "One Punch Man" Season 1 finale.

Although the "One Punch Man" anime season 2 plot is yet to be revealed, it is apparent that a fight between Saitama and Amai Mask will ultimately take place.

It was previously reported that "One Punch Man" manga creator ONE has a new anime entitled "Mob Psycho 100." It will revolve around Mob, a boy who explodes if his emotional capacity reaches 100%. He has psychic abilities and earned his nickname since he does not stand out in a crowd.
