Suzy broke the forbidden law in order to save Lee Seung Gi's life in MBC drama, 'Gu Family Book.'

On the episode aired on May 6, Lee Seung Gi was in a critical condition after bleeding out profusely from a stab wound. Hearing the prognosis that he is unlikely to make it past the night because a ruptured artery will continue to bleed out, Suzy decided to do the forbidden.

After a brief monologue, "He is dying right in front of my eyes and I will not just sit here and watch him die," Suzy unhooked the bracelet she was forbidden to take off. Thanks to Suzy's heroics, Lee Seung Gi's wound healed immediately and he made a full recovery in the morning.

Lee Seung Gi thanked her for her brave help but added, "By the way, do not take off your bracelet ever again. I do not know about others but I do not want to hurt you."

Later in the episode, Lee Seung Gi found out that Suzy is actually a woman after an accidental graze near her breast. The romance between Suzy and Lee Seung Gi is set to begin soon.
