Michael Jackson has not been given the option to rest in peace. Four years after his death, Jackson is facing new accusations of child molestation. Choreographer Wade Robson has filed legal documents suing the Michael Jackson Estate for "childhood sexual abuse." Robson, now 30, reportedly went for sleepovers at Michael's Neverland home from the ages of 7-14. Robson has since collaborated some of the biggest names in pop music including Britney Spears, Usher and Pink. At the age of eight, he even performed a Michael Jackson song on the show Star Search.

His accusations against Michael are particularly startling because he testified in the singer's defense during his molestation trial back in 2005. Prosecutors accused Michael of molesting Wade and a former housekeeper testified that he saw the singer in the shower with Wade when he was eight years old, in addition to sleeping in the same bed together. Wade acknowleged that Michael would often kiss him in the cheek, but denied ever being touched in a sexual manner by him.

Sources told TMZ that Wade is now claiming he is suffering from "repressed memory," which is why he waited so long to file the suit. However, lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate are calling BS on the claims.

"Mr. Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him," said Howard Weitzman, the primary lawyer for the Jackson estate. "Now, nearly 4 years after Michael has passed, this sad and less than credible claim has been made. We are confident that the court will see this for what it is."

The lawsuit comes at the same time that Michael's mother and children are embroiled in a wrongful death lawsuit against concert promoter AEG Live, claiming they were responsible for the negligent hiring of Dr. Conrad Murray, the man who gave Michael the powerful sedative propofol on the night of his death and is currently serving a four-year sentence for involuntarily manslaughter. They are suing for earnings Michael could have made if he had lived a normal lifespan, which could potentially be in the billions.
