BOYS24, Male Version Of Idol Survival Program 'Produce 101' Reveals First 14 Contestants

BOYS24, the newest idol survival program from Mnet, has revealed the first 14 contestants that will compete to join a male idol group.

The full list of revealed contestants can be found on the BOYS24 official Facebook page, which has individual profiles for each member, introducing them and highlighting their unique traits and skills.

The contestants range in age from 15 to 23, with some of the contestants being born as late as 2001.

Similar to Mnet's previous reality program Produce 101, in BOYS24, 49 trainees will compete for a spot on a 24-member male idol group, which will promote for one year, holding a concert every day. After a year, a select few members will be chosen to debut as an idol group.

The first episode of BOYS24 is scheduled to begin airing on June 18 on Mnet and tvN.

The third round of trainee was revaled on May 23, where seven new contestants will be unveiled.

Unlike Produce 101, the contestants on BOYS24 are not currently trainees under any agency and will end up being signed under one of CJ E&M's business arms. The program will also emphasize the importance of the group over individuals.
