Lorde New Album 2016 In The Making: Singer Collaborates With Jack Antonoff For Her Second Album

It has been three years and even though she was the guiding force behind the soundtrack of ''The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1'' the fans want a solo album from Lorde now. As per the latest updates, she has collaborated with American music whizz Jack Antonoff, and the second album is shaping up.

After many speculations about the name of the second studio album of Lorde, which she whispered in the ears of her mom, the fans were happy to hear that the 19 year old Kiwi singer will release something soon.

Lorde posted a picture of Antonoff's dog on Instagram and wrote a cute message. ''Lamby being too cute for this world keeping me company while i write lyrics/haunt lena and jack's house," was the message she posted on isntagram. NZ herald posted the picture which Antonoff took when Lorde and a group of friends were out. ''Antonoff, recently won a Grammy for his work on Taylor Swift's 1989 record, which won Album of the Year at the awards show. Antonoff has also worked closely with artists such as Fun., Carly Rae Jepsen, Sara Bareilles and Australian pop newcomer Troye Sivan'' is what the article had to say further about the work of Antonoff.

So did Lorde steal him from her BFF Taylor Swift this time? ''Our beloved Lorde, 19, looks to be hard at work writing new songs and we can't wait to hear them! She showed off a beautifully lit writing space on her Instagram, letting us know that she's coming up with new music and that is SUCH great news! It's been three years since Pure Heroine came out so her sophomore effort is way overdue!'' is what Hollywood life had to reveal about the upcoming album of Lorde.

So it seems now the wait will be over soon and the fans can have a taste of the revolutionary music from this talented singer and artist. Irverse had already claimed that Lorde's album is one of the most awaited albums of 2016.

Recently Lorde was spotted at "Manus x Machina: Fashion In An Age Of Technology" Costume Institute Gala at Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 2, 2016 in New York City. She wore a white fairytale gown and her red-carpet arrival was quite sensational.
