A teacher fired over bikini photos earlier this week, Olivia Sprauer, has spoken up about the decision while more photos of her modeling skimpy bikinis with some topless shots, have surfaced since the story broke.

The teacher fired over bikini photos spoke with the Huffington Post about the firing saying, "Lots of teachers get fired or asked to resign for the same things I did. I knew I didn't want to come back next year and I knew I wanted to go to grad school so I decided if I made it to the end of the year I would be happy."

But the teacher fired over bikini photos models under the name Victoria James, and despite starting her teaching position at the Martin County school in Florida in 2011, she didn't quite make it through this past year.

On April 29, Sprauer, went to the principal, Alfred Fabrizio's, office and after he showed her pictures of her modeling and asked her whether this was her. After Sprauer said it was, the teacher was fired over the bikini photos that day.

The teacher fired over her bikini photos told the HuffPo "I felt like it would have been nice for my students to finish out the year with me. They trusted me and they made me happy so that aspect of it was sad."

Sprauer taught freshmen and junior English at the Martin County School, but when asked for comment about the firing, a spokesperson for the school declined to comment further since it was a "personnel matter."

Sprauer continues to claim she did nothing untoward and certainly nothing that would lead to her dismissal, telling HuffPo, "I don't make pornography. I don't open my legs on camera. I take swimsuit glamour style photography." But the teacher fired over bikini photos appears to have been "too hot to teach," as many are reporting.

Despite the teacher's firing over bikini photos, she plans on attending her student's graduation this summer.

"They are happy for me," Sprauer said. "They know I love them."

After the news broke, Sprauer wrote on her Model Mayham page, "I am more than comfortable shooting TASTEFUL nudes for the right projects."

The teacher fired for bikini photos has appeared in what appear to be topless shots, which have been floating around the net over the last few days. As evidenced by her message on Model Mayham, more topless photos are likely to surface.

One thing's for sure, the male students in her class are probably the most upset she's been let go.
